By this review petition, the petitioner (original defendant no.1) seeks recall of the order dated 13th December 2016 passed by this Court in second appeal.

A perusal of the grounds in the review petition clearly indicates that the review petitioner seeks re-appreciation of the merit which is already considered by this Court in detail in the judgment dated 13th December 2016. There is no error apparent on the face of the said order. No case is made out for recall of the order dated 13 th December 2016. Review petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
