DATE : MARCH 21, 2022 P.C.:- 1] Respondent initiated proceedings for dissolution of marriage which are pending on the file of Family Court, Pune, whereas Applicant has initiated D.V. Act proceedings which are pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ichalkaranji. 2] In the aforesaid background, transfer of dissolution of marriage petition is sought from the file of Family Court, Pune to that of court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ichalkaranji.

3] Counsel for the non-applicant does not object to the aforesaid prayer. However, contention raised by the non-applicant is, dissolution of marriage proceedings be decided on it own merits. 1/2

6] It is directed that both the above proceedings be decided on its own merits. Parties hereto agree that they shall be appearing before the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Ichalkaranji on 6th April, 2022.
