This Application is filed seeking condonation of delay caused in filing First Appeal. This Court by an order dated 23rd December, 2021 had issued notice to Respondents, returnable on 17th February, 2021. Now service is complete. Affidavit in reply is also filed on record. 2.

In this Application, it is stated that the judgment and award was passed on 21st February, 2018, the proposal was made for filing First Appeal. Some time was taken in arranging for amount of Court fees legal exepnses etc. In the process the delay of 1 year & 234 days in caused in Manoj

2 39-IA-1981-2020.doc filing the First Appeal. Since none appears in spite of notice. This Court finds that delay needs to be condoned. Hence the following order.

ORDER

a) Delay of 1 year 234 days stand condoned.

b) Application stands allowed.

c) Application stands disposed of. Office to register First Appeal.
