Learned counsel for the Petitioners and the Respondent No.4 who are the main contesting parties supported by learned counsel for the Respondent No.5 have submitted the minutes of the order dated 21.3.2023, which read thus :

"MINUTES OF THE ORDER 1.

After hearing the parties for some time, the parties have agreed that the Petition can be disposed of in the following terms :

a) The petitioners undertake to vacate their respective tenements and hand over peaceful and vacant possession of the same to Respondent No.4 within a period of 7 days from today.

b) In addition to the transit rent already paid to each respective Petitioner, Respondent No.4 shall pay further transit rent totally aggregating to 12 months. The cheques in respect thereof shall be given to each of the Petitioners tomorrow, for balance amounts of each Petitioners.

c) Respondent No.4 shall execute Agreements with each of the Petitioners at par with all other slum dwellers. The said Agreements will be subject to outcome of the proceedings initiated by the Petitioners to establish their eligibility.

Statements made by the parties aforesaid are accepted as undertakings to this Court.

Petition is disposed of in view of the aforesaid terms. Liberty to apply.

Appeal No.62/2023 filed by the Petitioners will be withdrawn by the Petitioners. The Petitioner Nos. 7 & 8 are present in Court on behalf of other Petitioners too."

The minutes of the order dated 21.3.2023 are taken on record. Both learned counsel submitted that the Petition can be disposed of in accordance with those minutes.

The Petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid minutes of the order.
