The learned counsel appearing for the applicant states on instructions of the applicant that the applicant does not want to press the application. However, liberty may be reserved for taking appropriate proceedings in the event the respondents commit breach of the order dated 12th January 2017 passed in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, Civil Application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed. We make it clear that we have not adjudicated on the question as to whether the respondent has committed breach of the said order.
