The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though an attempt was made to obtain instructions from the petitioners, they have not responded to the same.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.2 and 3, on instructions, submits that the Shiwre Vividh Karyakari Sahakari (Vikas) Seva Sanstha Maryadit, Shiwre has issued a certificate dated 15th January 2024 stating therein that the petitioners have cleared all dues and they are not defaulters as of date. The said communication is taken on record and marked "A" for identification.

In view of the aforesaid, we do not find that anything survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Rule is accordingly disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
