The Sub-Divisional Officer, Thane shall decide the Appeal filed by Respondent No.1 under Section 207 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, after hearing all the parties on 13 th July, 2021 at 12.00 noon and no further notice with regard to the hearing shall be given to the parties and/or their Advocates. The parties shall be at liberty to file their respective written submissions, if any, before the SubDivisional Officer, Thane. The Sub-Divisional Officer, Thane, shall pass a speaking order not later than 27 th July, 2021. All contentions of the parties are kept open. 2.
