The petitioner submits that adjacent to his flat, there are constructions and buildings erected illegally and unauthorizedly. It is submitted that petitioner has submitted representations to the concerned authority.

In case the representations submitted by the petitioner have been received, we direct the Commissioner, Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate decision in accordance with law.

Needless to mention that the affected parties shall also be noticed on the steps which the Corporation would contemplate to take. 4.
