Applicants are present with their Advocate. Respondent No.2 complainant is present with her Advocate. Learned APP appears for Respondent No.1. Parties jointly request for quashing of FIR.

After hearing Respondent No.2 and her Advocate we find that Consent Terms for Divorce are presented to Family Court at Bandra in Petition No.C-101 of 2015. A separate Nesarikar

2 / 2 07-WP-1206-18.odt affidavit by Respondent No.2 sworn on 13/08/2018 is also filed on record in support of Consent Terms.

Respondent No.2 orally informs that she has received amount of Rs.3,50,000/- and amount of Rs.8 lakhs to be received by her is already deposited by Applicants in Family Court.

In view of these developments and joint request, we make Rule absolute in terms of Prayer clause (a) and dispose of the Petition.
