Learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks leave to delete the name of the respondent nos. 4 to 9 from the cause title of the writ petition and seeks recall of the order dated 23rd February, 2017 passed by this court dismissing the writ petition for want of prosecution by these two civil applications.

None appeared for the respondent nos. 1 to 3 though served. No affidavit in reply is filed. For the reasons recorded in both the civil applications, both the civil applications are made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Writ Petition No.2901 of 2004 is restored to file along with interim relief in force on the date of dismissal of the writ petition if any. No order as to costs.
