The limited grievance of the petitioner in the application dated 16.02.2017 is for expeditious trial in Case No.301 of 2014. 2.
The petitioner is lodged with Taloja Central Prison. 3.
In the event if the grievance of the petitioner still subsists, the trial shall be expedited and completed within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5.
Registry shall send a copy of this order to the concerned jail authority, who in turn, shall communicate the same to the petitioner. Copy of this order shall also be forwarded to the concerned Court where the aforementioned trial is going on.
