When the above matters are called out, the learned counsel appearing for the wife as well as the learned counsel appearing for the husband have tendered the Consent Terms dated 07/07/2023. They have stated that the disputes inter-se between the wife and the husband have been settled as set out in the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms
inter-alia provide that all the above Family Court Appeals are being withdrawn and by consent of parties the Judgment and Decree dated 08/03/2013 is confirmed.

There is also a provision of payment of Rs. 20 lac to the wife as a one time full and final settlement. All the monies due and payable to the wife are handed over today. The wife is also permitted to use and occupy the residential flat/ room No. 51/1, Mukta Niwas, Magar Ali, Hadapsar, Pune, till marriage of their daughter Mihika and for three months thereafter. The husband has also undertaken to make arrangements for an alternate residence for the wife and daughter Mihika if the said flat/room in Mukta Niwas goes for development and undertakes to provide them possession of new flat in the new building. It is also stated that the wife agrees and undertakes not to claim any right, title and interest in residential premises in 51/1, Mukta Niwas after solemnization of the marriage of their daughter Mihika. 3.
These Consent Terms have been signed by the Wife as well as the Husband. They are both present before the Court. They have stated that they have signed the Consent Terms after reading and understanding the same as well as the implications thereof. The
Consent Terms are also signed by the Advocate for the wife as well as the Advocate for the husband.

In these circumstances, the Consent Terms dated 07/07/2023 are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. All the above Family Court Appeals are disposed of in terms of these Consent Terms. In view of the disposal of the above Family Court Appeals, all Interim Applications filed therein stand disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
