The Petitioner claims to be a sitting Councilor of the Corporation. His grievance is that the employees of the Respondent have been allegedly absorbed by the State Government without following rules. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the allegations, we observe that the Petitioner, if aggrieved, may file grievance petition to the State Government within 4 weeks from today. Writ Petition is disposed of.
