While admitting the matter, this Court on 10 August 2004, specifically observed that the Trial Court order will not get revived. It is also recorded that the Respondents have not deposited any amount. By the impugned order, the Appellate Court on 30 August 2003 directed to decide the dispute afresh by giving opportunity to all the parties. This Court, however, stayed the order. None appeared for the Petitioner on 13 February 2015 and today again. Dismissed for default.
