This is an application seeking relaxation of conditions imposed upon the applicant while enlarging him on bail in Criminal Bail Application No.461 of 2018 vide order dated 5th June 2018. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has abided by the conditions imposed upon him by the said order and was not residing in Pune District.

The applicant was arrested on 18th September 2016 and enlarged on bail vide order dated 5th June 2018 and in the last three years the charge is not framed. In view of this, Condition No.(iii) of pmw

3-ia-667.2020 in ba-461.18.doc operative part of order dated 5th June 2018, which reads as follows :- "(iii) The applicant shall not reside in Pune district till the conclusion of trial except for attending the dates in the court."

deserves to be relaxed.

However, it is made clear that the applicant shall report to M.I.D.C., Bhosari Police Station on 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month and in addition shall attend all scheduled dates in Sessions Case No.1128/2016 pending before the Sessions Court at Pune.
