This is an application for fixing Criminal Appeal No.484 of 2018 for final hearing.

It is submitted that the applicant is convicted for offence under the Prevention of Corruption Act 1988. On account of conviction he is out of employment.

The appeal against conviction has been preferred in the year 2018. Old appeals are still pending for hearing before this Court. Hence, no ground is made out for fixing the appeal for final hearing. Hence, interim application is rejected and disposed of accordingly.
