The Petitioner has filed this petition, seeking direction from this Court directing the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (for short the "MPSC") to permit him to appear for the oral interview. Accordingly, the Petitioner has been interviewed pursuant to the order passed by this Court. Writ petition, 1/2

- 2 - (WP 3143 of 2017) therefore, does not survive since the main prayer of the Petitioner has been allowed by virtue of our earlier order dated 10th March, 2017.
