DATE: 25th November, 2019 P.C.:- 1] Petitioner - Conductor met with accident on 17/5/2003. He was removed and then offered alternate employment. Effort of the Petitioner is to seek benefits as per provisions of Section 47 of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995.

2] During arguments, we find that the Petitioner still continues in employment.

Hence, with the said liberty and direction to that Court to expedite his complaint as Petition has remained pending with this Court for more than six years, we dispose of the Petition. Needless to mention that all contentions of parties are kept open.
