This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the aforesaid applicant, apprehending his arrest in Crime No. 299 of 2022 registered with D.N.Nagar for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The records prima facie reveal that the vehicle belonging to the Complainant was stolen. The statement of Ataulla Abdul Majid Khan, prima facie reveals that the Applicant had handed over the stolen vehicle to him. The records further reveal that 6 crimes are registered against the Applicant, all of which are under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
