Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP for the Respondent - State.

By this application, the Applicant seeks modification of the order dated 15th January, 2015, passed by this Court (Coram:P.D.Kode,J.) in Criminal Bail Application No.2588 of 2014, in particular para 4 of the order, inasmuch as, it directs the release of the applicant on P.R. Bond in

2/3 the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one or two sureties to make up like amount. The modification of the order sought reads as under ;- "4.

........ The applicant is directed to be released on bail in the above said crime number on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one or two sureties to make up like amount ..... "

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is not in a position to arrange for such a huge amount as the applicant's wife is poor and illiterate and has small children and therefore the said amount be reduced.

For the reasons set out in the application, the condition is modified. The applicant shall now be released on bail in the above said crime number on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one or two local sureties to make up like amount, instead of P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/-. The rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 15th January, 2015, to remain as it is.

The application is accordingly allowed and disposed of in the above terms.
