This Application is filed challenging the impugned Judgment and Order dated 26th December, 2018 passed by the learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag-Raigad in L.A.R. No.282 of 2016. Delay is of 254 days. In spite of service, none appears for the Respondent. 2.

In this Application, it is stated that though the judgment and award was passed on 26th December, 2018, the proposal was made for filing First Appeal. Some time was taken in arranging for amount of Court fees legal expenses etc. In the process the delay of 254 days in caused in Manoj

ORDER

a) Delay of 254 days stand condoned.

b) Application stands allowed.
