After arguing the matter for some time and as this Court is not inclined to grant bail, Mr. Joshi, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to fle fresh Bail Application after some time.

Leave granted to withdraw the Bail Application. Accordingly, the Bail Application is dismissed. However, the Applicant is granted liberty to fle fresh Bail Application after a period of ten months, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
