Heard Mr.Kanade, learned counsel for the Petitioners, Mr. Govilkar, learned senior counsel for the Respondents No.1 to 5 & Mr. Sale, learned counsel for the Respondents No.10 & 11. Mr. Govilkar assures that Respondents No.1 to 5 will file appearances within two weeks from today. Mr. Sale also assures that he will file appearances within one week from today.

The only grievance of the Petitioners is that though by Order dated 10.01.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.8571 of 2015 with W.P.No.3594 of 2016, the learned trial Judge was requested to

WP 3160-17.doc decide the Application for considering whether joint trial is feasible or not, till date the Application is not decided. 3.

It is common ground between the parties that Petitioners have filed a reply to the Application made by Respondents No.1 to 5 for joint trial of this proceeding and the matter is kept 'For Arguments' on 30.03.2017. In view thereof, the learned trial Judge is requested to dispose of the Application made by the Respondents No.1 to 5 on or before 07.04.2017. Petition stands disposed of. All the parties including the trial Court to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
