The applicant is seeking regular bail after having arrested on 5th October, 2020 in Crime No.450 of 2020, registered with D.N. Nagar Police Station, Mumbai for the offence punishable under Section 307 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The co-accused is already informed to be released on prearrest bail by this Court vide order dated 1st December, 2020. The

Though, it is claimed that the applicant has used chopper, the nature of injuries suffered are simple. In that view of the matter, the application is allowed on following terms and conditions :

O R D E R

(i) The applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 450 of 2020, registered with D.N. Nagar Police Station, Mumbai for the offence punishable under Section 307 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

The applicant shall neither influence the prosecution witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence. ( NITIN W. SAMBRE, J. )
