Mr. Shinde, learned APP, on instructions of the officer concerned, makes a statement that a notice under Section 160 of Cr.P.C. is issued to the witnesses although their names figure in the FIR as accused. The petitioners are duty-bound to co-operate in the investigation. In support of his submission, he placed on record the report dated 19.3.2018 by the Assistant Police Inspector, Dombivali Police Station. The same is taken on record. 2, As on today the petitioners are not treated as accused

In the light of above, Mr. Chavan, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave granted. Petition is disposed of.
