The petitioner has filed this petition for quashing and setting aside the notice dated 13th June, 2016 issued against the Petitioner under Section 149 of Cr.P.C.

The learned APP, on instructions of the Officer present in the Court, states that the notice under challenge will be withdrawn. She has also placed on record the communication dated 6th April, 2017 by the Senior Inspector of Police, Khar Police Station. The salgaonkar

In the light of the statement made by the learned APP, the grievance of the petitioner no more survives. Petition is accordingly disposed of.
