Mr. Sud, petitioner-in-person, at the outset, makes a statement that he does not press for relief claimed under prayer clause (c) of the petition. By the prayer clauses (a) and (b), the petitioner has sought the following reliefs:
"(a) That this Hon'ble Court by its appropriate Writ and Order may be directed to held departmental inquiry against the Respondent and its delinquent officers and take the appropriate action against the respondents as per department rules.
(b) That this Hon'ble Court by its appropriate Writ and Order may pleased to prosecute the Respondents and its delinquent officers for false prosecution against the Petitioner and punish the delinquent officers of the Respondent as per the penal law."

The petitioner-in-person submits that way back on 5th May, 2016 he had filed a complaint before the Commissioner of Police against the Senior Police Inspector of Khar Police Station. A copy of the said complaint is annexed at Exhibit F. However, no action has been taken on the said complaint so far.

Having considered the grievance of the petitioner, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone IX, to look into the grievance made by the petitioner in the said complaint and do the needful. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the allegations and all rights and contentions of the parties are kept open. Ordered accordingly. 4.
The petitioner is directed to remain present before the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone IX along with the copy of the said complaint on 3rd April, 2017 at 10.30 a.m..

In the light of the above order, the writ petition stands disposed of.
