The applicant has been convicted for offences punishable under Sections 302 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and sentenced to suffer life imprisonment in Sessions Case No.44 of 2014 by District Judge -8 and Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik. Merely because the applicant is lodged in Central Prison Nagpur, the proceedings of the appeal cannot be transferred to Nagpur Bench. The interim application is without any merit and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. 3.
The Registry is directed to communicate this order to the applicant.
