Learned counsel for the parties have amicably settled their dispute and have fled the consent terms dated 23.02.2021 before the Family Court, Nashik and by order dated 23.02.2021 the parties have been granted mutual consent divorce under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

In terms of Clause (D) of the consent terms, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for allowing him to withdraw the amount of Rs.1 lakh which has been deposited in this Court. Petitionerhusband is allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.1 lakh deposited in this Court alongwith accrued interest if any.

The Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as withdrawn.

In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition, nothing survives for consideration in the Interim Application. The Interim Application is disposed of accordingly.
