In para No.17 thereof, it is stated that the corpus namely Master Shriyaan is in lawful custody of Respondent No.1 and is presently studying in Aryan International School, Dehradun, State of Uttarakhand. He further, on instructions, submitted that, the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 will abide by the directions issued by the Judgment and Order dated 17th October 2020, by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Satara in H.M.P. No. 263 of 2020. The said statement is accepted.
