The only prayer made by learned counsel for the Petitioner is to dispose of the Petition by directing Respondent No. 4 to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's representation dated 16th January, 2017 (Exhibit A) for allotment of land and other benefits for the Petitioner's housing society of criminal tribes.

Without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the Petitioner's entitlement, we dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 4 to examine the Petitioner's representation (Exhibit A) and take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within four months from the date of appearance of the representative of the Petitioner before Respondent No. 4.

The Petitioner to appear before Respondent No. 4 on 11th April, 2017 at 3.00 p.m.
