2] The Applicant was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 23rd January, 2019 on a condition that he should furnish P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more local sureties in the like amount. The Applicant was also permitted to furnish cash security for a period of six weeks. It is submitted that the Applicant could not furnish surety within the 1/2

osk 502-appp-369-2019.odt period of six weeks. The Applicant is a foreign national and hence, he could not furnish surety within stipulated time. It is submitted that the facility of cash security may be extended for a period of eight weeks to enable the Applicant to furnish surety.

3] Considering the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the Applicant, facility of cash security granted by this Court vide order dated 23rd January, 2019 passed in Bail Application No. 2497 of 2018 is extended by a period of eight weeks to enable the Applicant to furnish surety in accordance with the said order.

4] The Application stands disposed of.
