.....

None for the Petitioner.

Ms S.D. Shinde, APP for the Respondent No.1-State. CORAM : RANJIT MORE & SMT. ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, JJ.

DATED: 6th APRIL, 2017.

P.C.:- None appears for the Petitioner. The Petitioner has sought direction against the Respondent Nos.5 and 6 to conduct investigation in respect of the complaint dated 18th February, 2017. 2.

In our considered view, this prayer is not maintainable as much as no FIR is registered pursuant to the complaint dated 18th February, 2017, lodged by the Petitioner. Be that as it may, we have perused the complaint dated 17th February, 2017 at Exhibit-'E' to the Petition. The complaint is addressed to the Director General of Police. The Petitioner has not complied with provisions of Section 154(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. We are, therefore, not inclined Megha 1/2
