P.C.:- Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Shirke, PSI, Antop Hill Police Station submitted that, after completion of investigation in crime No.402 of 2019 registered with Antop Hill Police Station, the police have submitted charge-sheet on 13th August, 2021 against the accused person i.e. Vishal Vinayak Mane in the Court of Competent Jurisdiction. 2) In view thereof, the present Petition for transfer of investigation to some special investigating agency does not survive. If the Petitioner finds that, there are any lacunas in the investigation, she may file an appropriate Application before the trial Court under Section 173 (8) of the Cr.P.C. for further investigation.
