We have heard learned counsel for the parties on the Interim Application, which prays for restoration of the writ petition, which came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections, vide order dated 19 January 2023.

Having perused the averments as made in the application. It is in the interest of justice that the application needs to be allowed and is accordingly allowed in the terms of prayer clause (a). 4.
