"A) That this Honourable Court may be pleased to modify the order dated 6th February, 2012 passed by this Honourable Court in Writ Petition No.7144 of 2010 and permit the Applicants to develop the suit property viz. Property, which is a part of Final Plot No.65 and Final Plot No.78 (Part) Town Planning Scheme Sangamwadi, Pune City under the provisions of the Slum Act and the Rules, which have been framed by the Government of Maharashtra."

caw-2276-14 We have perused the interim order dated 6th February, 2012 passed in the Writ Petition filed by the applicant. After having perused the said order, we find that the same does not prevent the applicant from developing the suit property under the provisions of the Slum Act provided the applicant is entitled to do it in accordance with law and after obtaining requisite permission. Hence, there is no reason to entertain this application. Subject to what is observed above, the application is disposed of.
