Since the action against the Petitioner was initiated at the instance of the Applicant and the Applicant was also heard in an application filed by the Petitioner for regularisation under section 44 of MRTP Act and in an appeal under section 47 of the said Act, we allow this application for intervention. The Petitioner is accordingly directed to implead the Applicant as party respondent in the writ petition. Necessary amendments be carried out within two weeks from today.
