Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection if the matter is transferred from Family Court, Sangli to the Family Court, Kolhapur.

This concession is given in view of the fact that, the respondent's mother who was ailing has passed on 31st July 2023 and hence there is no cause to oppose.

Be that as it may, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

4.

The Family Court at Kolhapur may consider to grant respondent video conferencing facility, if applied for and if his appearance is not absolutely necessary.
