2] The Applicants were granted bail by this Court vide order dated 23rd January, 2019 on a condition that he should furnish P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more local sureties in the like amount. The Applicants were also permitted to furnish cash security for a period of six weeks. It is submitted that the Applicants could not furnish surety within 1/2

osk 503-appp-372-2019.odt the period of six weeks. The Applicants are the foreign national and hence, they could not furnish surety within stipulated time. It is submitted that the facility of cash security may be extended for a period of eight weeks to enable the Applicants to furnish surety.

3] Considering the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the Applicants, facility of cash security granted by this Court vide order dated 23rd January, 2019 passed in Bail Application No. 2619 of 2018 is extended by a period of eight weeks to enable the Applicants to furnish surety in accordance with the said order.

4] The Application stands disposed of.
