The applicant herein was granted temporary bail, pursuant to which he was released from Nagpur Central Prison on 30th December 2018. The patient was planned for bone marrow transplantation procedure, however, the certificate issued by Sushrut Hospital dated 26th February 2019 indicates that the patient is not fit for Bone Marrow Transplantation procedure at present and there is likelihood of operation being performed in the month of April 2019.

Dusane 2/2 22 appa 360.2019.doc In view of this, the temporary bail of the applicant is extended till 30th April 2019 and the application stands disposed of. Appeal is adjourned to to 30th April 2019.
