By this petition, which is filed as PIL, the Petitioners are seeking an appropriate writ, order and direction, directing the Respondent to publish the development plans in all cities of Maharashtra in both languages, viz. Marathi and English. The learned AGP submits that the Town Planning Department has already started the process of preparing the Development Plans in both languages and within a short period the concerned department will publish the 1 / 2
