The Counsel appearing for the petitioner informs that the proprietor of the petitioner firm has passed away and he is desirous of presenting the application for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased proprietor of the petitioner firm.

The petitioner shall tender an application within a week. In the event of failure, the Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. The matter be listed for admission on 12.01.2018.
