Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Advocate for the applicant submits that they preferred the present Civil Application for substitute service on respondent nos.1 and 4. She submits that today only she received address of respondent no.4 from respondent no.2A's advocate. She submits that in the interest of justice, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the applicant to serve respondent no.1 as per the provision of Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 i.e. by substitute service.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, I am satisfied Mohite 1/2

31 caw639-17 that the Applicant has made out a case for following order:

a) Applicant is permitted to serve respondent no.1 by substitute service by publishing in newspaper within 6 weeks from today.

b) Petitioner is permitted to publish notice in DNA and Free Press Journal.

c) Substitute service be completed within 8 weeks from today.

d) With this direction, Civil Application stands disposed of.

e) No order as to costs.
