By this civil application, the Applicant-original Petitioner is seeking amendment of the writ petition to implead the partners of Respondent No.6-firm, as party Respondents in the writ petition.

Since the amendment is of the formal nature and writ petition is at the pre-admission stage, we allow the amendment sought for. Necessary amendments be carried out within two weeks. Copy of the amended petition be served upon the Respondents including newly added Respondents. Service be effected by private notice under Advocate's notice either by hand delivery or through RPAD/Speed Post/Courier and file an affidavit of service before the returnable date, failing which petition shall patilsr 1 / 2

stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 3.
