We find that the Committee has decided the petitioner's application and invalidated his caste certificate. In the circumstances, in our considered view, the main relief claimed in the petition does not survive. Petition is therefore, dismissed as infructuous, however, with liberty to the petitioner to seek other remedies as may be available in accordance with law. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
