1] This is an application for substituted service of Notice upon the respondent No.8 by publication in daily newspaper namely "Kokan Sakal". 2] Leave to amend to incorporate the name of the daily newspaper widely circulating in District Raigad namely "Lokmat" in para Nos.7 and 8(a) of the Application.

4] In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause No.8(a). Applicants are directed to effect publication of the said notice in Marathi daily newspapers having circulation in District Raigad namely "Kokan Sakal" and "Lokmat" within a period of 12 weeks from today and to file affidavit of service after the said notice is duly served. 5] Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
