The present application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 217 days in filing the present IA and for restoring Writ Petition No.7875 of 2018 to the file, which has been dismissed for non-compliance of the directions in the conditional order dated 7 th June 2019, by which the petitioner was to take steps for service on the respondents.

For the reasons stated in paragraph 3 of the application, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, I pass the following order :- (i) Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Writ Petition No.7875 of 2018 is restored to the file.
