This Civil Application for condonation of delay of 11 days in filing the Second Appeal.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants makes a statement that the only contesting parties in the Application are the Respondent Nos.1 & 2, and Respondent Nos.5, 6A to 6D, 9, 10 and 11 and the Appellants do not wish to proceed against the other Respondents as they are supporting the Appellants.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Let the Second Appeal be numbered and placed for admission on 6 December 2017.
