Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the applicant that they already complied the order passed by this Court, nothing survives in the present Civil Application. Hence, Civil Application be disposed of.

It is made clear that as per order dated 06.04.2017, four members of the petitioner can withdraw the amount as stated in paragraph 8(a). Considering this fact, following order is Sneha Chavan 1/2

a) Four members of Petitioner are entitled to amount as per order dated 06.04.2017 paragraph 8(a).

b) Applicant Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is entitled to withdraw the remaining amount with accrued interest, if any, without furnishing any security.

c) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

d) No order as to costs.
