Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he will withdraw these petitions and will participate in the 'B' summary proceedings before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate, however, the said jurisdictional Magistrate may be directed to expedite the said proceedings.

In the light of the submissions made across the bar, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners is allowed to withdraw these petitions. The petitions are disposed off as withdrawn. The concerned jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to expedite the aforesaid proceedings pending before him/her and take a decision one way or the other, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible however, within two months from the receipt of the copy of this order.
